¹The cleaning fee

Package of 250€ (for a stay of more than 2 nights) including
cleaning bed linen and towels.

The package includes the end of stay cleaning, however we reserve the possibility to ask you a supplement for the cleaning according to the state of the cottage at your departure. (after observation and exchange with the tenant)

Duvet covers should not be washed, it is a special process of washing, and drying that must be done in laundry.

Regarding the towels, pillowcases and bedsheets, they should not be mixed with colored linen when washing.

²Electricity

Regarding electricity, to avoid abuse of a use considered “reasonable”, beyond 60 kWh/ day, or 420kWh per week, an additional fee of 0.40 cts/ kWh will be charged.

For economic and ecological reasons, we ask you to have a responsible and reasonable use of air conditioners, including turning off air conditioners when you leave the home (even for a short time) and close windows when air conditioners are in operation.

Our air conditioners are of last generation and cool/ heat quickly.

We also ask you not to touch the temperature presets of the spa and to close the cover when the latter is not used.

Access to housing

Day and night, the cottage is reserved for the number of tenants present on the contract that is in line with the rate. In the case of additional person during the stay (12 maximum) an additional charge will be requested proportionally to the overall rate.

The parking is private for the vehicles of the tenants (4 vehicles maximum), for the other vehicles you can park along the cottage.

The private access road is common with two houses at the bottom of the road (impasse) thank you not to park a vehicle on this shared path.

The private access road and the private parking for the tenants’ vehicles are placed under video surveillance for the safety of people and property.

The images are kept for one month and can be viewed, in case of incident, only by the owners.

Miscellaneous

It should not move furniture, decoration.

The use of the SPA and the Plancha must be used according to the recommendations and instructions at your disposal.

We reserve the right to ask you for a supplement if the water is soiled following an improper use and addition of foaming product and we are required to change the water.

Respect for the neighborhood

As you can see, the neighborhood is close. That is why we ask you to watch over the respect of the latter and to stop any outside noise from 22h.
